About the "Steam Cleaning" Method
I have spent literally hundreds of hours on researching the best carpet cleaning methods. The conclusion was that I feel a deep hot water extraction (also known as steam cleaning) was the best method. Why? Well for starters it was highly recommended by leading certification programs throught the industry. Nontheless, nearly all of today's carpet manufacturing companies require it to be done this way in order to maintain the warranty on your carpets.
There are always pros and cons to each, but after owning different types of cleaning machines and having a son who is severely allergic to many substances, I found the steam cleaning to be the best for my family. Thus, why would I try to talk you as a customer into cleaning any other way that exactly how I clean my own home? Our Services - WHY CHOOSE US?
Aim Carpet Care uses the industry’s most powerful truck mounted “Hot Water Extraction” equipment (HWE), the most technologically advanced HWE system available.
We can extract problems that other companies would consider impossible. Our truck mount produces hot water at around 220 degrees that is a constant heat. This consistent heat allows us to clean your carpets better and helps keep them clean longer.
All Carpet Cleaning Is NOT The Same! We clean by the IICRC (The Institute of Inspection,Cleaning, and Restoration Certification) Standards!
There are currently five methods of carpet cleaning available. We are knowledgeable in all methods of cleaning. We have found the Hot–Water Extraction method‚ also known as Steam–Cleaning‚ to be the most thorough process of removing contaminants‚ and this is the main method of cleaning that we use.
To achieve maximum cleaning‚ certain procedural guidelines must be followed. That is why there are industry standards. Unfortunately‚ many companies avoid the necessary steps in the cleaning process because they are always in a hurry to arrive at their next scheduled appointment. We never overbooks a job‚ so that the necessary time and care is taken at each home or office to ensure the highest degree of soil removal.
We believe that each step in the cleaning process is as important as the next one. In fact‚ cleaning by the book will keep your carpet and furnishings cleaner longer than what other cleaning companies offer. This is what separates us from its competitors.
Aim Carpet Care uses a PH-balanced system which is designed to remove any residues left in the carpet‚ and leaves your carpet in a neutral state so it does not attract soils to it. We will then groom your carpet and apply Scotchguard at the customers request.
Shaw carpet warranties require that the homeowner be able to show proof of periodic cleaning, in a typical household carpet should be cleaned every 8 to 12 months, depending on the number of residents and amount of activity using the hot water extraction method (commonly called “steam” cleaning) by a professional cleaning service or do-it-yourself system, using equipment that is certified under the Carpet and Rug Institute’s Seal of Approval program.
